A recent style and technology refresh made the 2019 Honda Pilot an attractive and innovative option for families on the go in Newfoundland and Labrador. The debut of the 2020 Honda Pilot will add an all-new Black Edition to the top of a model lineup that features five trim level options – LX, EX, EX-L Navi, Touring and Black Edition – that will start at $41,290. 2020 Honda Pilot models can be expected to arrive in Canada in the fall of 2019.
The top-of-the-line Black Edition promises to be a welcome addition to the Honda Pilot family of vehicles. With a foundation built on the previous generation’s Elite trim level, the Black Edition is available in Crystal Black Pearl and Platinum White Pearl with black 20-inch alloy wheels, Black Edition exterior badges, a blacked-out grille, blacked-out headlights and more that will make you stand out from the automotive crowd. Inside the Honda Pilot Black Edition cabin, you will find a black leather interior with red accents, red accent lighting, embossed Black Edition logos on the front seats and Black Edition floor mats.
To deliver premium power and performance, the 2020 Honda Pilot features a 280-horsepower 3.5-liter V-6 engine that is married to a six-speed automatic or nine-speed automatic transmission. With this potent power core under the hood and equipped with standard Intelligent Variable Torque Management AWD i-VTM4™ and an Intelligent Traction Management System, the capable Honda Pilot will earn 13.0 L/100 km in the city and 9.3 L/100 km on the highway with the six-speed automatic. When equipped for towing duties, the Honda Pilot will tow up to 2,268 kilograms.
Families who choose the entry-level Honda Pilot LX will discover an impressive array of features on the spec sheet that include room for eight passengers, 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, Honda Sensing® safety technology, remote engine start, a 264-watt sound system and an 8-inch Display Audio touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™.
