We had the best service from Sheldon. I sent the initial email in the evening thinking I would get a call the next day… boom… Sheldon called and got the wheels rolling to get our new CRV! His patience and attention to detail was phenomenal! We are so happy with our service and the Honda team!

The entire experience was fantastic! Five years ago I pleased a car from Honda and went through Andrea White. Yesterday, I walked in the door and she gave me a big hug, said “Nice to see you again!” then asked about my six year old son. She remembered his name and that we left for Florida the same day we got out last CRV. I couldn’t believe she remembered.
When I knew my lease was coming to an end, I called Honda and asked to speak with Andrea. Because of my experience last time, there was nodoubt who I was going to contact about getting a new car. She was with a customer and called me back right as soon as she was available that same day. We had a conversation about budget, I gave her my cell number then she went to work. She knew I am a very busy single mom so she would use her personal phone to text me details/ideas and let me get back to her at my convenience. I trusted her to get me the best deal she could, so essentially the whole deal was done via text messaging.
I didn’t shop around. There was no need to. I trusted Andrea.
My son and I are very happy with our new CRV. He loves his grandparents’ sun roof and didn’t know our new car was going to have one too. I took photos of him when I got home and he saw the sun roof as well as the “loot bag” Andrea gave me. I sent them to her and she loved the pictures.

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish . Sheldon and Krista were so helpful right away with understanding my reasons for trading in my truck and getting me in to the right vehicle for my specific needs going forward . Sheldon took time to explain everything I needed to know about my new Honda CRV all the bells and whistles.
